In 2010, TEAMWORK became aware of the social, societal and environmental challenges in its activities and voluntarily decided to act by the implementing concrete actions aimed at taking into account responsible behaviour, and as a result, a proactive approach to sustainable development.
By signing the Diversity Charter in 2012, TEAMWORK demonstrates its commitment to cultural, ethnic and social diversity within its organization, a strong component of our DNA. With nearly 10 nationalities from around the globe… TEAMWORK is proud of its multiculturalism.
Since its creation, TEAMWORK has striven to formalize its performance values, as well as its processes and permanent checks and controls via a quality certification implemented in 2016.
In July 2018, and after 2 successful control audits, TEAMWORK evolved towards the ISO-9001:2015 standard.
A process and quality control throughout the preparation and execution of the project thus make it possible to minimize unforeseen events, identify potential risks in advance and manage them.
Since 2018, TEAMWORK has been a partner of Cedar, an Adapted Company that collects and recycles a certain amount of our corporate waste (paper, plastic bottles / packaging and cans).
Through the agreement signed, TEAMWORK gives a second life to its office waste, but above all contributes to the creation of sustainable jobs for people with disabilities, often a discriminating factor when hiring.
It is part of TEAMWORK’s DNA and something that the agency instills in its employees. It consists both in adopting eco-responsible reflexes and behaviours on a daily basis and in entrusting our productions to reliable partners who are themselves part of a responsible production chain that ranges from the supply of ecological materials to the recycling and processing of productions after use.
It also consists in opting for the use of existing materials and equipment, promoting proximity, redistributing unused food to associations at certain events and promoting the circular economy.
For our events, there are now many service providers who allow us to take into account criteria of high standards and transparency in the fields of environment, ethics, quality or socio-economic performance.
Control of risks and manufacturing processes, organic products, local distribution, fair trade, reduction of packaging, services provided by ESAT – Établissements et Services d’Aide par le Travail – many criteria that TEAMWORK is increasingly integrating into its “purchasing” policy.
This certification aims to promote sustainable development within the event business. It is based on the adoption of a “responsible management system” applied to our business. TEAMWORK is currently studying the options. Step #1, which consists in defining our major priority issues, the basis of any responsible management policy, should be initiated by the end of the year. We will be accompanied by UNIMEV – Union Française des Métiers de l’Evénement – of which we are members.
Institutional, public and para-public institutions, companies, associations... our customers are numerous and recognise our ability to adapt our expertise and behaviors to the environment of their events.
Almost two years after joining the WMH Project events group, Teamwork is putting the final touch to its integration by adopting the name WMH Project - Institutional Division.
All the expertise of an agency that has spent almost 30 years supporting numerous French, European and international institutional bodies is now fully integrated within the WMH Project Group, alongside the complementary expertise provided by its 270 employees: movie – digital – event technology – spatial design – creative strategy – PR – travel & incentive.
